About this Role

Fandom is expanding. We are hiring an Account Executive with a digital media background to grow our team on the East Coast - in the New York metro area. You will manage existing advertising business and produce new business for Fandom. You get to work across all areas of pop culture and gaming.

You Will...

  • Grow existing partnerships and drive new business across endemic (entertainment and gaming) and non-endemic partners (consumer product goods, financial services, consumer electronics)
  • Call on agencies and work with clients across verticals
  • Create and execute go-to-market account strategy
  • Create custom integrated marketing solutions for pitches and RFPs (branded video content, experiential - IRL|Virtual ie: Comicon, PAX East and West, and others, competitive gaming, tentpole sponsorships)
  • Manage your dotted lined assigned sales support team (sales planning, account management, sales marketing, custom solutions, research and insights)
  • Own your revenue forecasting

You Have...

  • 5 - 7+ years in digital media
  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Strategic planning
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Have a consultative sales approach
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, high energy, and a sense of humor
