ABM is seeking a passionate, innovative, and broad-thinking Account Manager to support the Sales team located in New York while also collaborating with the Account Management team nationally. This position will offer the right person an excellent opportunity to work with Account Leads, Digital Agencies, and Clients and help them manage the campaign process from start to finish. You will also partner with internal cross-functional teams, including Ad Ops, Measurement, and Product Marketing. A can-do attitude is a must! Your day-to-day will be filled with creative problem-solving, dynamic campaigns, and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Lead Account Manager, your role is responsible for the following:
Work collaboratively with Sales to provide strategic media plans and ideas to clients based on their objectives
Act as the main point of contact for clients and agencies post-sale
Establish credible relationships with clients and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize and expand their advertising investment.
Monitor live campaigns, provide regular reporting, identify upsell opportunities, partner with internal stakeholders on measurement insights in accordance with the client’s KPIs
Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team to ideate on custom executions.
Thorough knowledge of the ABM ecosystem - inclusive of product offering, supply mechanics, and measurement efforts
Display excellent project management abilities for all activities, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are well-informed throughout the process.
Take an active role in identifying key business challenges and developing best practices to address challenges
Skills to create thrills:
3+ years of digital media experience
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and experience managing operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
A strong team player who can support and cover other team members in a proactive, open, and collaborative nature
Driver of operational efficiency and excellence
Ability to articulate complex requirements to achieve results
Working knowledge of programmatic execution and understanding of technology, e.g. Google Ad Manager, video/mobile media products, audience targeting, and the programmatic landscape
Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and experience with Salesforce/Datorama are a bonus!

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $55,800.00 - $103,230.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
