Activision Blizzard is scaling its advertising business, Activision Blizzard Media (ABM), an embedded business unit of King - the makers of the #1 mobile game Candy Crush Saga and wholly-owned subsidiary of Activision Blizzard. Our emergent Advertising division is expanding rapidly across the globe, and as part of this growth, we’re building up our Account Management team. Within ABM, this Account Manager role plays an integral part in supporting and enabling the Sales team located in the eastern part of the US market while also collaborating with the Account Management team throughout the country. This position will offer the right person a great opportunity to work with Account Leads, Digital Agencies and Clients and help them to manage the campaign process from start to finish.
In this role, you get to work with a variety of different elements in the ABM campaign process, from Product and Measurement, to our esteemed game studios, your day-to-day will be filled with creative problem solving, dynamic campaigns, and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Lead Account Manager, your role is responsible for the following:
Work collaboratively with Sales to provide strategic media plans and ideas to clients based on their objectives
Act as the main point of contact for clients and agencies post-sale
Establish credible relationships with clients and serve as a trusted consultant to optimize and expand their advertising investment
Monitor live campaigns, providing regular reporting, and partner with internal stakeholders on measurement insights in accordance with the client’s KPIs
Thorough knowledge of ABM ecosystem - inclusive of product offering, supply mechanics, and measurement efforts
Display excellent project management abilities for all activities, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are well informed throughout the entire process
Take an active role in identifying key business challenges and developing best practices to address challenges
Skills to create thrills:
3+ years of digital media experience
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and experience managing operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
A strong team player who can support and cover other team members in a proactive, open and collaborative nature

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $26.83 - $49.63 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
