Job Description:

-Create high quality animations that are both spectacular and functional.
-Work with the lead artist and game designers to implement new animations.
-Help define and enforce artistic quality standards.
-Own the animation production pipeline and make sure it is properly understood and used by the team.
-Track record directing, improving, and cleaning up motion capture data.
-Able to create key-frame animations by hand.
-Character setup, rigging.
-Strong problem solving and trouble-shooting skills.
-Imagines, envisions, and devises new approaches, concepts, models, designs and processes.
-Communicates effectively with the development team.
-Continuous learner
-Ability to adapt to change.
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Expertise in Motion Builder, Maya, Zbrush, Photoshop
-Strong understanding of real-time rendering, lighting, and animation
