Your Mission

As an Art Asset Production Coordinator at Raven Software, you will interface directly with Producers, Artists, & QA at Raven and across the wider Activision umbrella.

A qualified Coordinator is organized, professional, personable, courteous, hard- working, an effective communicator and loves working with people. This role is a junior level position for aspiring art focused producers. The ideal candidate knows their way around production tools such as Shotgrid and JIRA. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning video game developer, and work with some of the best gaming talent in the world!

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

General Responsibilities

Legal Funnel- Main POC for Raven interfacing with our legal team for art approvals.

  • Preemptive legal updates- Providing guidance and direction to teams that are creating new content on how assets should be constructed from the start to avoid legal issues.

  • Safe Branding/Graphics- Working with legal to get graphics/names approved. Creating tickets, providing updates to dev team when legal requests changes, updating legal when changes have been made.

  • Real Branding/Real People- Working with legal to get approval to use real world people, real world branding, IP’s outside of our own.

  • Asset Approval- Working with legal to get new/ported assets approved. Creating tickets, providing updates to dev team when legal requests changes, updating legal when changes have been made.

DEI Funnel- Main POC for all issues concerning DEI. Assisting in the vetting of assets that could be sensitive to the call of duty brand.

  • Asset Approval- Working with DEI to get sensitive assets vetted and approved. Providing context and updates to team when updates are expected to help the team work towards better practices for the future

  • Theme Vetting/Approval- Taking new themes, game modes, maps, etc and getting them vetted by the DEI team to ensuring sensitivities are considered.

  • Script/Narrative Approval- Taking narrative and scripts and getting them vetted by the DEI team to identify language, themes, locations, events that could pose concerns.

Localization (LOCS)- Main POC for issues concerning LOCS. Sitting in meetings, compiling meeting notes, working with asset team on translations.

  • Regional sensitivities

  • Translations (Scripts, Assets/Graphics, Subtitles)

  • Localized builds/bugs

  • Regional builds spin-offs- Working with localization to ensure that the regional and localized changes for region specific skus are functioning. Working with the LOCS team to resolve any issues. And Asset spin-offs

Player Profile

  • Familiarity with Call of Duty & Warzone products and associated content types

  • Adaptive planner and problem solver

  • Effective communicator, verbally, visually, and in explicit written form.

  • Works well in a fast-paced and pressure packed environment

  • Solid time management skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks

  • Ask good questions

  • Understands the basics of game development and production
