Reporting to Director of Business Management you will manage our ASO team, leading and shaping ASO strategy across the portfolio. In this role you will need to have a strong analytical and strategic mindset who can work collaboratively with game teams, product marketing, UA. You will be fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Director of Business Management you will be responsible for leading and shaping ASO strategy across the portfolio 
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (eg. producers, product marketing, UA) to ensure ASO best practices and recommendation are implemented at all stages of development
  • Develop an understanding of roadmaps and performance across the portfolio and  identify opportunities, and develop strategies for growth
  • Ability to build growth models and install forecasts
  • Keep up with the latest ASO and mobile marketing trends and bring in innovation, new knowledge, tools and platforms that further our ASO efforts

Requirements

  • Education: BA / BS
  • Senior level experience in marketing with a track record of improving conversion rates 
  • Experience driving and executing ASO A/B testing strategy and metadata optimisations 
  • Experience managing people
  • A good understanding of the algorithms that power the App stores
  • Experience working across multiple projects/products
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and building relationships with partners
  • Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with partners
