TITLE: Asset / Legal Support Producer 

DIVISION: Founded in 1990 by brothers Brian and Steve Raffel, Raven Software is the developer of numerous award-winning games including Hexen, Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance and most recently, a major contributor to the blockbuster Call of Duty® franchise, including Call of Duty Cold War and Call of Duty Warzone. RELATIONSHIP:

This position reports to the Associate Director of Production Operations.

JOB OVERVIEW:
 

As an Art & Asset Producer, you will work closely with Production and Art leadership to drive daily operations that improve the quality of our product. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work through feedback and process improvements. Above all, we are looking for a dedicated, organized and energetic individual to work with our teams to set up and maintain a reliable system for Art & Asset work, Feature and Mission Reviews, Sprint Planning and supporting documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works with Senior Production to attend Feature and Mission Reviews and generate notes and tasks accordingly with a focus on Art needs.
  • Attends Sprint Planning meetings for Art teams and generates notes and tasks accordingly and ensures that dependencies are mapped.
  • Takes initiative removing Art team roadblocks and escalating risks to impacted parties.
  • Maintains documentation for Art Production process best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 3 years in the Game industry or related field.
  • Contributed to 1 or more shipped titles.
  • Proven ability to own features or projects in game development.
  • Proven ability to work in rapid development cycles in the game industry.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for organization, scheduling and project management. Certified Scrum Master, Project Management Professional, or similar project management certification preferred.
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to focus on priorities, manage change and deliver against agreed deadlines.
  • Passion for games; regular player of Call of Duty is a bonus.
  • Competence in Confluence, Jira, and Sheets/Excel.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 - $55.14 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
