The Role:

Live Operations Producers are the all-seeing eyes for our games, empowering our teams to make informed decisions while keeping our players up to date and supported. They know their game, inside and out. They are just as comfortable collaborating with our development teams as they are engaging directly with our player community. They facilitate a positive two-way conversation and relationship between the development team and the player community. They have a passion for games, and a deep understanding of what it means to think Players First.

What You Will Do:

As a Live Operations Producer on EA Sports FC, you will use your understanding and passion for the beautiful game, and your in-depth knowledge of live services, to help maintain the best possible experience for our players while always thinking Player First. You will be reporting to a Producer on the FIFA Live Operations team.

As a Live Operations Producer (FIFA) Ideally You Will Have:

• 2+ years of experience working in the live operations space.
• Passion for games and football, supported by EA Sports FC product knowledge that spans the entire game.
• Empathy for our players and the desire to deliver the best player experience possible.
• Comfortable writing for the public.
• Comfortable engaging directly with the FIFA player community, both digitally and in person.
• A systems and ‘wide view’ thinker able to propose thoughtful solutions to complex problems.
• Someone who doesn’t shy away from a challenge and isn’t afraid of tackling things that are hard.
• Ability to support on-call work outside of standard working hours.
