Additionally, we aim to assist our game teams by creating important opportunities that foster early career talent pipelines, promote innovative research, and contribute to the charter for social impact.

 

We are looking for an Associate for our Academia Partnerships, who will report directly to the Global Head of PAIR. You will play an important part in supporting the vision set forth by the Global Head. Responsibilities include assisting in the management of external partners, overseeing internal workflows, and maintaining the program's assets. You will collaborate with external academia and institutional partners, studio teams, and the legal, communications, and finance departments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Head of PAIR
    • Contribute to the vision and execution of PAIR
    • Tactically collaborate with the Global Head of PAIR, managing a range of tasks from relationship management to logistical planning
  • Collaborate with External Partners
    • Facilitate partner onboarding and offboarding - Implement processes for smooth partner interactions
    • Interface on basic issues with external partners
    • Participate in relationship development, promoting collaboration with internal partners and external academia and industry partners
    • Develop and administer engagement-based surveys
  • Communicate with Internal Partners
    • Coordinate with internal partners. Represent PAIR in discussions.
    • Attend select meetings and follow-up
  • Manage PAIR Assets
    • Collect, create, and catalogue assets related to current activations and potential partnerships
    • Support the maintenance and updating of the website, reports, and videos
  • Facilitate PAIR Communications
    • Help maintain the PAIR website, videos, and presentations
    • Grow the PAIR Ambassador Initiative
    • Communicate and report to the leadership team
  • Oversee Operational Aspects of PAIR
    • Draft and manage financial contracts and legal agreements, with guidance from the Global Head of PAIR
    • Prepare meeting agendas and coordinate events - multi-geo, multi-partner, multi-day
    • Oversee logistics of partner meetings and events, including managing meeting schedules and event logistics for efficient operations

Qualifications

  • 1 to 4 years of work experience
  • Experience supporting events and maintaining assets
  • Commit to the leader’s vision and in parallel offer new ways of doing things
  • Experience working across different environments and evolving scenarios
  • Proficiency in creating presentation materials for partners
  • Experience with complex situations - PAIR prides itself on the velocity of engagement and the contextual relationships unique to each institution.
  • Awareness of Geographical nuances and an ability to work with partners in different time zones and with different processes


BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $73,200 - $101,700 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
