The Global Events Team is seeking an Associate Producer to support the planning and production of high value in-person and digital events that are premium and safe, immersive and engaging, and that support the product's strategy and narrative. We are looking for a collaborative team member with great communication skills and attention to detail to join the team. You will support the Attendee Operations Team, reporting to the Manager II, Global Events with a focus on assisting with event registration, hospitality, guest travel, and overall attendee experience.

Responsibilities:

Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to help create an excellent and frictionless guest experience in support of critical campaign activations.

  • You will support the Global Events Team in providing an optimized event guest experience, inclusive of attendee communication and registration, health and safety logistics, security and legal protocols, and other touchpoints.
  • You will work with the Attendee Operations Manager on guest registration needs, including list management, event technology support, and onsite operations.
  • You will work with the Events Travel Manager to facilitate guest hospitality and travel needs across multiple events.
  • You will track Attendee Operations Team deliverables including project management, schedules, meeting agendas and recaps.
  • You will support other operational and logistical management tasks, including vendor onboarding and compliance, legal and insurance requirements, shipping and receiving, and inventory management.
  • You will research trends in event production and registration technology to support the team's need to constantly evolve and maintain best-in-class standards.
  • You will assist with special projects that are important to the operations of the team.
  • You will document procedures, best practices and guidelines.
  • You will work with teams in multiple time zones, primarily internal teams in both EU and PST
  • You will be required to travel to support events onsite domestic and occasionally international.
  • You must meet all travel eligibility requirements for international travel including holding a valid passport, ability to apply for any necessary visas / permits, proof of vaccinations, and testing requirements (including PCR testing).

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in event production, operations, marketing or program management.
  • Understanding of event and registration mechanics and platforms.
  • Comfortable asking questions, providing feedback and learning along the way from other team members.
  • Familiarity with entertainment and/or gaming and industry.

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

  • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): $70,700 - $104,600 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
