EA are developing a new product that works towards connecting the worlds of EA’s successful sports titles and the world of real life sports. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Associate Producer works with the content production, product management, design, and quality verification teams to guide the ongoing development of the entire team, across multiple timezones.

Responsibilities:

The Associate Producer will work directly with a team of engineers, designers and product managers to help direct and support the development pipeline.

  • Oversee development plans and strategies that retain and engage players, based on data you have collected from dashboards, peers or through other research.
  • Communicate plans confidently with stakeholders across the business
  • Carefully follow development to proactively identify any changes or issues with working processes and make necessary adjustments.
  • Fostering partnerships and meaningful relationships with stakeholders across the business including marketing, deployment, testing and support teams.
  • Ensure all content is at the expected quality standards while navigating deadlines, targets and priority changes.
  • Be an expert on the product and our community, utilising internal and external feedback to help shape and direct development plans.
  • Possess a keen ability to develop and enhance processes for the convenience and efficiency of the development pipeline
  • Potential to travel internationally for work.

Qualifications:

  • A Producer or Dev Manager with 2+ years of experience in game production, live service management, entertainment, or technology-focused roles.
  • A love of working with a diverse group of people to accomplish something great as a team, across different timezones.
  • A track record of building strong and happy teams.
  • Familiar with Scrum and Agile development concepts.
  • Experience using data and insights to inform planning and decisions.
  • Experience in building staged product plans, development roadmaps and deliverable milestones
  • Familiar sports, including players, teams and leagues
  • A wide knowledge of the games market including live service and social apps.
