The Associate Producer will be responsible for helping the Producer II and Senior Producer with their daily responsibilities. These tasks will range from tracking daily asset pipeline workflow to working with internal partners on approvals and schedules.

The Associate Producer plays an essential role in supporting the Production Team in the management and execution of video and design assets. You will be a key member of the team, supporting and driving us towards excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to support on projects from inception to execution
  • Detailed and organized with excellent follow through
  • Understanding of Post/Editorial/ Design Production Process
  • Willing to assist // prep live action trailers with Senior Producers
  • Familiar with software workflows preferred for (AE, Photoshop, Premier, 3D)
  • Creatively motivated
  • Familiar with tracking software such as Airtable or Shotgun
  • Previous employment at a Video Game Company or a Creative Ad Agency

Responsibilities:

  • Content Production – Help create, organize and execute the production of video and design assets; Key Art, Icons, Game play trailers, PBM Videos, Screenshots
  • Maintain Toolset – Maintain the tools we use on a day to day basis
  • Liaise daily between cross functional teams
  • Daily tracking of all assets and approvals
  • Helps creates content production schedule with the Senior Producer
  • Is proactive in approaching producers for help to solve production questions
  • Able to filter and clearly communicates notes and next steps to the team
  • Drives actionable feedback from the creative lead and other stakeholders
  • Can work autonomously, however relies on Senior Producer for guidance and support
  • Not afraid to ask for help and does so in a timely manner
  • Offers assistance to other teammates when in a position to do so
  • Sets aside personal preferences and accepts the decisions of others in order to move forward
  • Consistently demonstrate direction execution and allows other members of a team to provide input
  • Observes, learns and applies the basics of collaboration inside their immediate team

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $63,400 - $86,500 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
