KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Assist in Design Registrations/Quote/Design Credits management
• Design Registrations: Manage and review design registration process, validate key data is provided and validate project health
• Quote Management: Own quote processing which is an integral part of the sales process
• Design Credits:  Make sure DCs are created so that revenue properly flows into the territories and avoid revenue leakage
• Act as Channel Consultant: Primary point of contact for the channel partner regarding AMD/Xilinx Inside Sales topics
• Data Management: Maintain customer/project data in Sales database/System and ensure data accuracy
• Reporting: Generate various reports and analysis, while providing visibility and insights into the channel business
• Provide Sales support to internal sales colleagues and customer’s departments
• Assist in day-to-day logistics of Sales team
• Flexible assignment within APAC region (Japan, Korea, SAP)

PREFFERED EXPERIENCE:

• Bilingual skills (oral and written) in Japanese and English
• Associate degree in related discipline 
• Familiarity of modern corporate data entry and reporting databases
• Proven IT skills including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, database entry, report generation, etc
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills
• Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision and running with new initiatives.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and remote teams
• Corporate sales office with 1 or 2 years experience

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Associate degree in related discipline
