About this Role

The company is seeking an experienced B2B Marketing, Senior Manager to spearhead and execute our strategy for reaching Fandom’s advertising and marketing clients. As a seasoned professional you will play a pivotal role in shaping Fandom’s market-facing message and elevating perception of the brand in the B2B space.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for entertainment and gaming, an understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics, and a proven track record of executing successful campaigns that raise awareness and must-buy perception among advertisers and agencies. This position will report to the VP, Sales Marketing & Insights. New York location is preferred but exceptional candidates from other locations will also be considered.

You Will...

  • Lead the development and execution of Fandom’s go to market strategy- developing a strong value proposition and messaging framework and ensuring it’s clearly and consistently delivered across all materials, products and partnerships
  • Conceptualize, plan and execute sophisticated projects & programs designed to amplify awareness, preference and drive commercial activity. This could include activities such as the creation of a client council, owned client events, email campaigns, strategic roadshows and lunch & learns.
  • Manage Fandom’s digital B2B touchpoints, including our online media kit, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and virtual events.
  • Identify, evaluate and prioritize relevant events, conferences and awards programs against our B2B marketing strategy to maximize impact
  • Partner with our experiential team to execute B2B-focused events and sponsorships that increase and improve our exposure to key clients
  • Implement robust tracking and analysis across our portfolio of programs that ensure that we are relentlessly prioritizing our most effective channels.
  • Partner with and support internal stakeholders who speak to non-consumer audiences including Sales, HR, Communications and Corporate Development. 


You Have...

  • 8-10 years of experience in a B2B Marketing role, showcasing a proven ability to navigate complex marketing landscape
    • Experience in the advertising or media industry strongly preferred
    • Experience in an account-based marketing environment preferred
  • Experience managing and maintaining a corporate website
  • Technical proficiency with a modern marketing-technology stack, including platforms such as MailChimp, SailThru, CraftCMS, JW Player, Google Analytics, and Boostr
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions/programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of the media and marketing industry from a sales/B2B perspective
  • Genuine passion for entertainment and gaming fan culture
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
