As a Business Analyst - Organizational Transformation, you'll gather the data needed to identify improvement models, analyze teams' ways of doing things and propose optimizations accordingly. Motivated by new challenges, you will ensure that our practices continue to evolve and respond to our different realities.

  • Identify synergies and dependencies between all these transformations
  • Collaborate with members of the departments that operate the processes to understand their workflows and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Facilitate co-construction workshops (e.g. KAIZEN) or information gathering workshops.
  • Collect data to map processes, and assess their implementation (efficiency)
  • Mobilize your colleagues to implement new processes.
  • Ensure consistency between North American studio practices and processes, and promote best practices.

What you'll bring

  • Significant experience in business analysis or other relevant experience
  • Communication skills in French and English (you will be working in a bilingual environment, interacting with a range of colleagues in both languages)
  • Flexibility in the organization of your work, enabling you to balance changing priorities and several ongoing projects at different stages
  • University education in a relevant discipline (CCBA or CBAP certification or similar is an asset).
  • Good knowledge of modeling tools such as Visio, MIRO, EXCEL, POWER BI
  • Ability to influence change
  • Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset: you are constantly looking for ways to improve in a constantly changing environment.
