Your Mission

As a Candidate Experience Lead at Activision-Blizzard, you will be responsible for leading a team of Candidate Experience Specialists and Candidate Experience Senior Specialists as they support Recruiters, Candidates, and Hiring Managers with systems administration, organization, consultation, and communication.

  • Lead and support the coordinator team with all aspects of the candidate interview experience ensuring the delivery of premium service to all partners (candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers).

  • Drive individual growth and development for each member of the coordinator team through mentorship, guidance, and goal setting.

  • Continuously pursue growth for the coordination function through special projects, innovation, technological utilization, and industry exploration.

  • Maintain close connections to the business through bi-weekly team meetings. Report back key information to the operations manager.

  • Escalate sensitive/urgent requests to the appropriate functions and ensure strict standards of confidentiality.

  • Partner effectively with People Tech, Employee Experience, Flex Talent, Talent Acquisition, People Process Innovation, and People Experience teams within ABK.

  • Be a subject matter expert in every aspect of a candidate’s interview experience.

  • Perform the duties of a Recruitment Coordinator at an expert level.  These duties include:

    • Providing operational support to Talent Professionals through creating job descriptions, posting requisitions, acquiring approvals, and managing the RWA process.

    • Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, travel, and digital interviews (if needed) all while facilitating effective and close communication between the candidates and recruiters.

    • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by making the candidate feel comfortable and welcome; whether on the phone or in person.

    • Assist with recruiting/candidate expense reimbursements as requested.

    • Provide administrative support to Recruiters, including creating offer letters and new hire packet generation.

    • Meeting and exceed performance and service level metrics for timeliness, accuracy, and customer service.

    • Process candidate relocation requests.

    • Partnering with Employee Experience, IT, and People Tech to ensure a smooth new hire handoff.

    • Move candidates, disposition candidates, and close requisitions in our applicant tracking system (Workday).

  • Be a champion for an exceptional, inclusive, and authentic candidate experience.

  • Other duties assigned as requested.

Player Profile

  • 8+ years of relevant Customer Service, Recruiting, HR, or Talent Acquisition experience or 6+ years with a Bachelor’s degree.

  • Exceptional professional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional leadership skills to guide, motivate, and support a coordination team.

  • A proactive hospitable attitude with a service driven approach.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the organization

  • Proven experience designing and implementing new processes; a passion for process and achieving efficiencies.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly

  • Easily manage through ambiguity, shifting between priorities and projects seamlessly

  • Solid attention to detail, deadline driven, results oriented attitude with strong follow through

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $26.83 - $49.63 Hourly. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
