Marketing Manager EMEA GPU 

 

THE ROLE: 

The Marketing Manager EMEA GPU is responsible for planning, activating, coordination and monitoring AMD marketing activities around AMD graphics (GPU) products, with a strong focus on component gaming and workstation graphics, as well as consumer gaming OEM graphics solutions. The incumbent will work in tandem with the regional Sales leads for GPU, as well as with AMD’s in-country Marketing managers and will report into the Component EMEA Marketing Lead. 

 

THE PERSON: 

The ideal candidate will hold a strong marketing and digital marketing background and has a strong history of working with System Integration partners (SIs), AIB (Graphics card vendors), Ecosystem partners and Distributors. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating, managing, and aligning marketing campaigns and budgets within EMEA for activites and campaigns with AIB partner, key System Integration partner and ecosystem partners across EMEA.  

 

The ideal candidate will be able to concept, design and execute ROI driven marketing plans and campaigns with a focus on demand generation and conversion for AMD’s focus graphics products.  

 

Additional responsibilities: 

  • Serves as the key marketing contact for key regional AIB partners on regional marketing planning and execution topics. 

  • Defines and project manages marketing programs with SI partners for GPU with a focus on AMD gaming products.  

  • Builds and maintains relationships with priority OEM and Ecosystem partners on co-marketing opportunities.  

  • Works in close cooperation with the regional component client Sales team on product launches.  

  • Aligns and manages marketing campaigns with AMD’s HQ GTM and BU teams  

  • Produces campaign debriefs, including regular reports and ROI calculation. 

  • Takes a proactive and positive approach in seeking ways to improve all aspects of AMD’s component marketing activities 

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Professional with 2+ years’ relevant marketing experience in the Semi-conductor, CE or IT industry 

  • Outstanding communication skills with an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal 

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office suit with a high level of proficiency in PowerPoint 

  • Project management experience working directly with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders 

  • Exceptional time management skills, interpersonal skills & keen eye for detail 

  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team 

  • The candidate will need to demonstrate drive, ambition and be self-motivated 

 

The ideal candidate for this role is ROI focused with strong project management skills, able to build relationships, work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

  • Master’s degree or similar, preferred degree in Marketing, Economics or Business Studies 

 

LOCATION: 

UK (home office) or Munich, Germany
