The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to become Chief of Staff for our EMEA Commercial Management team. Reporting to the Sr Director EMEA Commercial Sales, this role is responsible for structuring and organizing business planning activity for the team to maximize their impact and productivity. This includes managing and measuring the current business performance to drive best possible results, as well as forward looking business and market analysis to define strategies and plans for high growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales planning processes for the EMEA Commercial organization, including annual business plans, quarterly goal setting, and ad-hoc customer initiatives
- Support EMEA Commercial Sales Teams as needed to engage customers in discussions to identify key market opportunities and trends
- Integrate management, team, and customer priorities into clear actions and schedules, and track follow-up to keep teams coordinated
- Link the EMEA Commercial Sales teams and processes to other EMEA regional teams including BMS, Marketing, and Finance, as well as global Business Unit, Sales Operations, and Sales Strategy groups to align mutual goals and plans
- Define and implement dashboards on key business metrics, including closed-loop feedback with teams and stakeholders to stay on-track, learn, and improve
- Consolidate data, analysis, and stakeholder inputs to produce high quality presentations to support decision-making, QBRs, and long-range plans
- Support organizational expansion and development, including structuring the team for success and onboarding new team members
Preferred Experience:
- Business Planning Experience: Combining internal and external business data with strategic business objectives and team resources/capabilities to define high growth business plans, ideally within a multi-national organization
- Business Operations Experience: Creating and implementing dashboards to track and manage performance to maximize business results and team productivity
- Sales Experience: Engaging OEM, Channel, and end-user customers to understand their needs and match the products and resources of the organization to best support them
- Marketing Experience: Understanding the Data Center and Commercial Client PC market segments, the leading OEMs and Channel Partners in EMEA, and the current/future trends that are driving them
Academic Credentials:
BS or relevant technical/business degree; MSC or MBA is preferred/desirable
