THE ROLE: 

We are looking for a Aerospace & Defense market focus Embedded product Sales Manager to be part of the Korea AECG sales team(Classic Xilinx). This role is customer-facing and will be responsible for building AMD's Embedded product business in support of our Aerospace & Defense market customers' FPGA, SoC and X86 embedded products. You will be responsible for driving business development with Distribution by evangelizing AMD technology, building sales programs, enabling sales teams through training, and managing executive relationships at Aerospace & Defense market. 

 

THE PERSON: 

A sales professional with a passion to build lasting relationships with internal and external customers.  A person who can influence, lead, inspire a team of professionals to achieve and surpass goals.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Understand the Aerospace & Defense customer's business goals and requirements; foster relationships and manage customer expectations to mutually aligned business goals with AMD 
  • Educate Distribution partners on AMD technologies and solutions
  • Create and implement sales and marketing programs to grow AMD's business within the Korea channel 
  • Manage executive relationships between partners and AMD. 
  • Establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth. 
  • Achieve assigned revenue goal and KSO goals for AMD products 
  • Be a strong advocate for the customer internally to AMD, reporting and resolving customer issues 

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • An established background and relationships with Korea top Aerospace & Defense customers  
  • Ability to influence and communication with global cross-functional teams to offer key requirements from key customers
  • Executive presentation and accurate report creation skills to multiple stakeholders: customers, internal technical experts and business leaders 
  • Willing to meet with customers up to 60% of working hours 

  

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

  • Bachelors or Masters degreein Electronic Engineering
