Amazon games is looking for a Community Manager who has a passion for connecting the people who play video games with the people who make them. This role comes with a great opportunity to lead and scale our global community plans for one of the next titles in Amazon Games’ growing portfolio
Key job responsibilities
• Define and execute the global community strategy to build engaged communities for our unannounced title
• Build and maintain a world class feedback loop between the people playing the game and the people making the game
• Work with stakeholders and leadership to deliver valuable customer and business insights
• Monitor, evaluate and create actionable insights based on qualitative and quantitative data
• Work closely on supporting the core team across social and editorial creative ideation and execution.
• Help shape design and product change discussions, leveraging the deep understanding of a player perspective and product/gameplay expertise
• Foster a positive, constructive, and communicative community of players that feel heard and appreciated
• Demonstrate an awareness and understanding of the importance of diversity and inclusion, both for our players and to inform our games
• Act as the voice of the game team on our official channels
