Job Title: Console ProducerTeam: Football Manager Console & Touch

Location: SI HQ, Here East, London

Reporting to: Head of Production Football Manager Console and Mobile

Position Overview

Sports Interactive are looking for a Producer to join the Football Manager Console and Touch team, to help support and project manage complex and high-quality features for future Football Manager titles. The successful candidate will play an integral part in managing both high-level milestone planning as well as more granular sprint planning whilst demonstrating leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own operational aspects of project management for a small multi-disciplinary team, including reporting, risk assessment and management, capacity planning and resource management.
• Collaboration with the wider Football Manager delivery teams on product topics.
• Align with development teams to ensure effective collaboration and delivery between departments and effective dependency management.
• Set goals and plan towards long-term project features as well as executing short term deliverables.
• Ongoing Backlog grooming and task management.
• Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.
• Identify potential issues and risks in advance and be a proactive problem solver.
• Alongside discipline leads, organise, run and iterate on Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective sessions.
• Review and improve processes and tools to improve quality, efficiency, and team effectiveness.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Previous experience in a Production role is Essential.
• Extremely organised and able to deal with competing priorities across multiple projects.
• Experience working with and good knowledge of Jira is preferable but not essential.
• Natural collaborator and listener, decisive when called upon.
• Understanding of Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, and/or waterfall production methods
• Understanding of and passion for games, UI, UX, design, football, and/or project management
• Able to adapt to evolving workflows and project requirements.
