As a Content marketing manager, you will fuel global marketing and sales efforts by developing content for Unity’s range of products and solutions in the non-games verticals business.

Unity products and solutions are being adopted by some of the world’s biggest companies, including everyone from VW and Volvo to Skanska and Nike. As more and more industries adopt Unity, there is a greater need to create compelling content that further defines the business through case studies, white papers, webinars, blogs, events and research papers.

Responsibilities

  • Work hand-in-hand with Product Marketing Managers across the verticals team, and the Director, Industrial marketing to populate the content roadmap in pursuit of specific business objectives around awareness, product adoption, and revenue.
  • Ability to operate across multiple time zones and be willing to operate effectively to meet the needs of European and North American counterparts in their time zones.
  • Develop a rich, continuous pipeline of compelling marketing content to engage potential and existing customers across rich visual and superbly written content.
  • Research content ideas around solutions and products Made with Unity and engage in dialogue with key customers to formulate high quality case studies and endorsements.
  • Envision and execute compelling ideas that provide content for Webinars, White papers, Blog posts and other media.
  • Work closely with partner channels at Unity to ensure content targets the right audience and is tailored to the need of each channel, including Comms, Social Media, Sales enablement and others.
  • Own and gather customer and competitor insights in order to understand what content resonates in the market.
  • Fuel the sales organization by creating powerful enablement materials that support the sales lifecycle.
  • Translate complex technical topics into simple, high-impact concepts for a diverse group of buyer and user personas.
  • Partnering with the PMM and sales, forge relationships with customers and partners to generate content that supports your strategic content initiatives, events, and partner activations.

Requirements

  • Experience in successfully marketing complex, technical B2B products or services with demonstrated ability to create technical content that performs.
  • Ability to rapidly grasp complex technical details and potential use cases for technology/innovation across a wide spectrum of technology domains
  • Ability to adapt to brand style and tone while shaping technical content to align with overall marketing narrative and storytelling
  • Ability to build thoughtful, strategic, and actionable plans to completion
  • Ability to prioritize, tune out the noise, and drive to execution with laser focus on what matters most in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to confidently manage and brief multiple stakeholders to execute and deliver content as well as digital advertising campaigns

Bonus Points

  • Experience in key industries such as Retail, Energy/Oil and gas, Aerospace, Government, Healthcare.
  • Experience marketing technical solutions, especially within above verticals
  • Technical writing and/or online content delivery.
