As the Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist, you will design and execute a comprehensive experimentation framework to enhance customer experiences across the Prodigy website and various other marketing channels. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll optimize user journeys, refine personalization efforts, and uncover opportunities to deliver impactful results that support Prodigy’s growth.
\n- Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap for Prodigygame.com, continuously optimizing the experience for all user personas.
- Define prioritization criteria for tests and personalization initiatives by assessing strategic alignment, potential impact, resource availability, and technical feasibility.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B, multivariate, rules-based, and AI-driven tests using tools such as Intellimize (Webflow Optimize), VWO, Optimizely, or similar platforms, driving continuous optimization and learning.
- Tailor visitor experiences with adaptive personalization efforts based on demographic and psychographic data.
- Collaborate with design teams to enhance user interactions and interface design, leveraging a deep understanding of UI/UX principles to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and test results, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations that influence strategic decisions and growth.
- Support marketing teams with testing frameworks across paid campaigns, email marketing, social media, SEO, and other channels to maximize engagement and performance.
- Champion a culture of experimentation and learning across teams, sharing successes, documenting learnings, and ensuring your findings drive meaningful improvements for our users.
- Proven expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization with 5+ years of hands-on experience and a successful track record of driving measurable improvements.
- Strong analytical and proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative, identify opportunities, and solve problems effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in dynamic environments.
- Proficient in utilizing testing platforms such as Intellimize (Webflow Optimize), VWO, Optimizely.
- Deep expertise in marketing analytics and performance measurement with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or Thoughtspot.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles paired with a keen eye for design to create user-centric, high-performing solutions.
- Solid technical proficiency in front-end web development enabling effective collaboration with development teams to implement strategies.
- Familiarity with data pipelines and campaign tracking tools such as Segment, Google Tag Manager (GTM), or Fivetran, ensuring accurate measurement and reporting.
