Job Description: 
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator, Consumer Marketing to join our team in Santa Monica, CA. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the marketing efforts of one of the world’s most recognizable entertainment franchises, Call of Duty. As a key member of the Consumer Marketing team, you will assist in executing marketing strategies, project managing creative assets, and supporting campaign initiatives that engage players worldwide. 
 

This position requires a proactive, team-oriented individual with a passion for gaming. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to contribute to the success of high-impact marketing campaigns. 

 
Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the execution of global brand marketing plans, ensuring timely delivery of marketing materials across digital, social, and traditional platforms. 

  • Support the Manager and Associate Marketing Managers in day-to-day work with external agencies and internal creative teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives. 

  • Coordinate creative development processes, including scheduling meetings, preparing briefs, and tracking feedback from key stakeholders. 

  • Help organize and track marketing asset performance, compiling data and insights to optimize future campaigns. 

  • Work with cross functional teams to coordinate the creation of marketing assets, including sourcing in-game assets, managing approvals, and securing legal clearance. 

  • Collaborate with commercial teams and platform partners (PlayStation, Xbox, Battle.net, Steam) to support promotional campaigns and merchandising efforts. 

  • Assist with project management tasks, tracking deadlines, managing production schedules, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives. 

  • Support purchase order procedures and budget tracking by executing contract requests, processing invoices, maintaining expense records, and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, creative agency, or a related field (internship experience included). Gaming industry experience ideal. 

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Passion for gaming and an understanding of gaming communities and industry trends. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools is a plus. 

  • A proactive, team-player mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $21.63 - $40.02 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
