The EA SPORTS Brand team is looking for a Campaign Creative Lead who is inspired by a love of sport, entertainment and culture to help us shape the future of EA SPORTS. We are a tight-knit, collaborative team, and we’re looking for someone who can lean in, ask questions, and hit the ground running with a focus on forward thinking ideas and detailed output. In this dream role you’ll work across multiple creative campaigns and activations, shaping the future of the iconic EA SPORTS brand, energizing our current fans and welcoming in the next. 

You will play an instrumental role in the following:

  • Develop and drive marketing concepts and executions
  • Partner with internal strategy and marketing team members to develop treatments and creative responses that inspire our best ideas and executions
  • Craft integrated creative ideas that work across the EA SPORTS and franchise ecosystems
  • Partner with teams to uphold our creative story and messaging across multiple campaigns under the guidance of EA SPORTS creative and senior leadership
  • Collaborate with our production teams to create exceptional execution

This role, in partnership with the internal creative team and external agencies, will be accountable for concepting and executing the go-to-market concepts and ideas for EA SPORTS. You will manage and uphold a high-quality bar that connects to our annual creative platform. You will report directly to the Group Creative Director, EA SPORTS, within the larger EA SPORTS & Entertainment Creative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver “on brief” creativity that brings our brand to players in new ways
  • Concept, write and build creative concepts and resulting executions, across the EA SPORTS channel ecosystem
  • Present a clear vision of our work, building alignment with senior team members across multiple departments
  • Partner with teams across EA SPORTS to bring creative marketing ideas to life
  • Build game related creative with precision and excellence

 Requirement:

  • 6+ years of experience as a conceptual creative in-house or at an agency, with a focus on copywriting and concept creation
  • Excellent creative track record - experience creating for global brands in multiple channels
  • You will clearly articulate an idea and tell a simple story to bring team members on the journey
  • Write, design and present compelling decks for internal and external presentations
  • You love sport: the games, the culture, the athletes and the stories that surround this incredible and dynamic world
  • You have experience in similar global sports or culture brands

Ideal applicants to be Orlando-based, with 3-day per week in office availability.
