Proceeding one of the biggest redesigns in entertainment history, EA SPORTS FC is looking for a Creative Project Manager to help guide the brand into the Ballon D’Or of marketing excellence. This is a collaborative team, so it’s important to be inquisitive, and not afraid to ask questions, while focusing on output. In this dream role you’ll work across multiple creative campaigns for EA SPORTS FC.

You will play an instrumental role in the following:

  • Managing a variety of marketing creative concepts and design work.
  • Work alongside internal strategy, creative and marketing team members to develop treatments and creative responses that inspire our best ideas and implementations.
  • Collaborate with internal campaign producers to roadmap and plan the execution of creative campaigns.

This role, in partnership with external agencies and the internal creative team, you will gather and track the go-to-market concepts and programs for EA SPORTS FC. You will lead the creative review process from brief to final concept, managing timelines and partner reviews and efficiency. You will maintain detailed tracking bases to provide clear status updates for all creative work. You will report directly to the Creative Operations Manager, within the larger EA SPORTS & Entertainment Creative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Project scoping: Alongside creative leads and campaign producers, define creative and design project timelines, important milestones, partner reviews. Communicate these with the wider business in project planning.
  • Project management: Oversee creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. You will gather and track feedback from partners, streamline the feedback process.
  • Relationship management: Cultivate relationships with internal and external partners in the creative process. You will be the contact for creative workstreams and provide feedback and communication.
  • Resourcing: Maintain full visibility of ongoing projects and allocate creative resources to meet project needs.
  • Timelines: You will create timelines, track progress, and ensure gates and deadlines are met.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project status reports for leadership and partners.
  • Process: You will put together department-wide processes for creative review, and delivery to execution teams.
  • Tools: Build and contribute to project management tools and workflows. Ensure up-to-date data input and accurate reporting of team output within Airtable.
  • Roster management: Maintain a detailed external vendor/freelancer base for outsourcing creative work.

 Requirement:

  • You will have 5 years of experience as a creative project manager or producer in-house or at an agency.
  • You can run projects and remain proactive when problems arise.
  • You will communicate complex information and help bring partners to decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools. Experience with Airtable or other similar project management tools.
  • You can collaborate with many different teams.
  • You love football: the game, the culture, the athletes, and the stories that surround this incredible and dynamic sport.


BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $77,600 - $119,000 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
