About this Role

Fandom is growing! Our Custom Program Associate Manager opportunity is based in the UK, and reports to our Manager, Custom Production.

Custom Solutions exists to showcase the best possible ways for our advertising partners to activate Fandom audiences with our brand, products, and ecosystem - empowering the global sales organization to drive revenue. The Custom Production team is responsible for project managing custom campaigns for our advertising partners, while also acting as the liaison between the client, sales and cross functional partners. 


You Will...

Custom Strategy (Pre-Sale) 

  • Develop initial timelines for bespoke premium partnerships
  • Maintain and communicate changes in timelines and budgets
  • Participate in pre-sales, new product and brainstorming sessions 
  • Be the sounding board for production and budget feasibility
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Scope development 
  • Identify potential roadblocks
  • Take meeting minutes to be distributed to team with clear action items
  • Research vendors and input into database
  • Proactively research competitive landscape to source examples of successful relevant custom solutions and emerging formats

Custom Production (Post-Sale) 

  • Manage custom campaign production for advertising partners in the UK and SEA 
  • Lead internal meetings (i.e. project kick offs, project status meetings) providing clear direction on next steps after each meeting
  • Build and maintain project timelines for our internal teams and clients
  • Manage communication between client and creative production teams, effectively relaying client wishes while maintaining Fandom brand integrity 
  • Create and maintain Asana tickets and custom production trackers
  • Monitor and track content performance per media plan guarantees
  • Traffic custom program elements for resellers AUS/NZ and Germany
  • Communicate daily with vendors as needed
  • Manage costs against the COGS budget
  • Collaborate on establishing new processes

You Have/Are/Can...

  • The ability to balance multiple projects
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite, MSFT Office
  • The ability to manage functional duties (sharing content, pulling data, building charts/tables/decks)
  • Source Vendors
  • Manage against priorities
  • Able to identify trends
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Receive and acts on feedback
  • Clear communicator
  • A great presenter 
  • Assertive and willing to push back when needed 
  • Seek guidance for handling non-routine situations
