The Challenge
Take-Two, a leader in the interactive entertainment industry, is looking for a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join a team building a cloud-based data and analytics platform and an integration data hub to address challenges of point-to-point integrations.
The ideal candidate has technical depth and hands-on implementation experience of various practices and tools in the DevOps toolchain. He/she must have previous experience in a Cloud DevOps role. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to design and code modules for infrastructure, application, and processes.
What You’ll Take On
- Build Cloud Infrastructure components by leveraging Infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate with product/project development teams to drive automation of Configuration Management, Build, Release, Deployment and Monitoring processes.
- Provide professional support for the developed automations, respond to incidents to proactively prevent system outages, and ensure environments availability to meet SLAs.
- Contribute to innovation through automation to enable standard deployable units of infrastructure through multiple environments until production
- Participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment, security, cost effectiveness and high availability in the cloud.
- Ensure all infrastructure components meet proper performance and security standards.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building DevOps solution in a cloud environment, preferably AWS
- 2+ year experience in building CI/CD pipeline automation in tools (Jenkins preferred) with using scripting languages (Python, preferred)
- Hands on experience with AWS Services like VPC, EC2, S3, ELB, RDS, ECS/EKS, IAM, CloudFront, CloudWatch, SQS/SNS, Lambda is a must
- Experience working with Infrastructure as Code tooling is a must. Experience with Terraform is highly desirable.
- Strong Docker or Kubernetes skills highly desirable
- Knowledge of IP networking, VPN's, DNS, load balancing and firewall is a must
- Experience working on Linux based infrastructure and Shell script is a must
- Experience with scheduling tool like Airflow is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
