RED Creative is our internal team of creatives working across a range of design disciplines: graphic design, motion, web and print. As a Design Team Lead of RED Creative, you will ensure the timely delivery of promo assets at a high level of quality, while making sure they fit into the broader marketing strategy. Reporting to the Art Director, you will manage, mentor and upscale the team and enforce design best practices.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for the design standards of your team's output. Feedbacking and iterating projects until they are at a AAA level that is appropriate for publication while ensuring projects remain on-brief;
  • Working alongside producers to navigate the day-to-day flow of design tasks in the Red Creative team, and using your design expertise to ensure all tasks are given the time and resources necessary;
  • Executing the design expectations of the Art Director, and also the Creative Director;
  • Maintaining brand consistency across our IPs, and also across all of our corporate branding;
  • Being an attentive manager to your team's needs: managing leave; arranging training and team activities; knowing how to delegate tasks effectively; motivating and providing encouragement;
  • Mentoring, feedbacking and providing constructive criticism to help the team grow;
  • Understanding your team's needs and being their spokesperson and champion during intra-team discussions/collaborations;
  • Being accountable for the structure, effectiveness and cohesion of your team.
  • Working closely with teams across our Marketing division to help guide and advise them on their dealings with the RED Creative team.
  • 10+ years’ experience in design, marketing or related fields;
  • Experience working on global brands with broad reach;
  • Experience in the gaming/entertainment industries, or in ad agencies;
  • Several years’ experience leading creative teams and a proven track record of mentoring and motivating teams, and some experience managing teams of over 10 people;
  • Mastery of Adobe CS, and similar design software;
  • Fluent knowledge of art and design principles, and their application to marketing and branding;
  • Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills;
  • Understanding of various creative pipelines;
  • A collaborative approach to working;
  • Well-organized and comfortable with fast turnarounds;
  • Fluency in spoken and written English;
  • A love of CD PROJEKT RED's franchises.

This job requires relocation to Warsaw, PL.
Working mode: in-office (in a hybrid or full-time capacity).
