We’re looking for a Development Manager, reporting to the lead Development Director of Atlas, our stability team in Stockholm. Primarily, you'll...

  • Understand, follow and use established development processes/practices used by their team.
  • Participates in process optimization tasks as directed by their managers. 
  • Looks for roadblocks or inefficiencies, and surfaces these as opportunities for improvement.
  • Prioritizes and updates tasks and schedules, resolving roadblocks for their team
  • Works with functional leads to prioritize short-term work for teams, updates task status and progress. 
  • Recognizes problems at an early stage, applies creativity and lessons learned to solve problems.
  • Gathers and disseminates facts across/from/to multiple teams to ensure alignment of information
  • Partners closely with counterparts at other physical locations internal or external to EA to understand the challenges and concerns being faced on their side.
  • Works on day to day tasks and is an active presence on the "floor" for all team members engaged with virtual team members
  • Identifies conflicts and escalates with proposed solutions.
  • Not afraid to ask for help and does so in a timely manner.
  • Consistently demonstrates active listening skills and allows other members of a team to provide input.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in software project management
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Agile certification preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English
