We're looking for an Development Manager to bring product management and coordination for a cutting-edge, skunkworks project, exploring new technologies to transform interactive entertainment. Reporting to the Project's Technical Director, you will manager project planning and execution for a project with the ambition to shape the future of interactive experiences for millions of players.
Responsibilities
- You will manage project roadmaps, determine resource requirements, task dependencies, and assign tasks to team resources.
- You will develop working relationships with an immediate team and those outside of the immediate team that have an effect on the completion of the project.
- You will track and communicate progress while striving for transparency.
- You will mitigate risk for assigned scope and quality.
- You will establish new processes when needed to improve efficiency.
- You will support team-wide projects-- including information gathering, documentation, meeting, communication, resolving roadblocks, supporting on-call procedures, postmortem.
Qualifications
- 3+ years project management or team leadership experience.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Excel, Google Doc, Slack
- Experience creating process or technical documentation
- PMP or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) are beneficial, but not required
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. BASE SALARY RANGES • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $122,300 - $170,600 USD Annually Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. |
