THE ROLE:

As the Digital Content Manager for the Global Commercial PC Segment at AMD, you will shape and manage the digital presence of AMD’s Commercial products, including Threadripper PRO, Ryzen PRO, and Radeon PRO Graphics. You will oversee all Commercial content on AMD.com, acting as the central contact for global stakeholders across sales, product marketing, and business units. This role suits a proactive and strategic individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams.

THE PERSON:

We are looking for a dynamic and detailed individual with excellent project management and communication skills. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who excels at prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You should be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams and comfortable leading end-to-end content development processes. Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from performance data are essential. A passion for technology and a proactive approach to problem-solving will ensure success in this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Point of contact for global stakeholders in sales, product marketing, and business units.
  • Prioritize projects and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage wireframe updates, reviews, copywriting, and image selection.
  • Submit digital requests through Workfront.
  • Coordinate with the digital project manager for timely updates.
  • Align with the digital strategist on AMD.com strategy and performance data insights.
  • Work with the OEM team for system content updates.
  • Develop partner brand page templates.
  • Oversee end-to-end content development per segment strategy.
  • Evangelize content with regions and ensure implementation.
  • Address feedback and optimizations on a timeline.
  • Ensure regional LPs align with the global strategy.
  • Manage updates and timelines for Commercial product launches.
  • Attend weekly launch calls for status updates.
  • Develop end-user messaging from product messaging brief.
  • Manage budget, scope, and timelines with outside agencies.
  • Support Media Activation with landing page updates.
  • Work with GTM for activation support.
  • Collaborate with the content specialist for relevant content.
  • Liaise with COEs for insights and timing updates.
  • Review analytics with the Digital Strategist for content optimization.
  • Monitor competitor analysis for compelling AMD.com content.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in digital content management and strategy within a global organization.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across teams.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including wireframing, CMS, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with budget management, scope, and timeline coordination.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing or content strategy are desired.
