Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager/Director

The Position

The Sales Leader will drive sales and grow market share for AMD PCs, servers, and professional graphics. You will be responsible for driving a AMD total product portfolio that will be building business development with industry customers and will be responsible for establishing the AMD sales strategy, partnerships and market approach to drive customer relationships and deliver revenue goals.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the GC server sales-in/out strategy
  • Grow EPYC/GPU sales and market share
  • To develop key accounts short-term and long-term strategy and action plan
  • Responsible for key account’s AMD EPYC/GPU volume and SOW breakthrough and growth
  • Develop and keep close relationship with key account’s product, technology, procurement, and various business divisions
  • Plan event participation; manage a quarterly budget
  • Expand business relationships with key stakeholders at Xfusion account and AMD
  • Coordinate and close sales pipeline opportunities between OEM/ODM and AMD
  • Funnel new market opportunities to the AMD design-in and business unit teams
  • Align Execs and sales leaders between AMD and Xfusion account

 

The Person:

The Sales Leader will ideally have the following experience:

 

  • Demonstrated success in the High-tech. industry, with commercial sales experience in a sophisticated organization
  • Track record of having driven change in organizations.
  • Experience in key market(s) desired, but broad market experience also very important.
  • Demonstrated track record of building cooperative partnerships and alliances.
  • Proven track record of successfully attracting, developing and leading world-class teams and driving success across a global business.
  • Recognition and respect from leaders in business; a solid reputation for accomplishment and deep credibility within technical and enterprise business circles. Track record of success working and influencing a fast-paced, matrixed, multi-unit organization at all levels; persuasiveness and effectiveness even where no direct reporting relationship exists.
  • Demonstrated record of capturing market share growth and increasing profit margins.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to the executive management team and to keep both groups informed of the group’s operational status and plans for the future.
  • Ability to travel and be customer facing up to 50%.

 

 Education

  • BSEE or relevant technical degree; MSEE or MBA is preferred/desirable.
