Sr. Director of Digital Marketing

 

THE ROLE: 

We are seeking a Sr. Director of Digital Marketing to join our team to lead the overall value proposition and messaging strategy for NTSG (Formerly Pensando) portfolio of DPU products and optimization services. You will be chartered with developing a comprehensive understanding of current and future industry trends/products and position AMD to be the leader in those markets. Additionally, we are looking for a strong people manager capable of mentoring and building world class marketing teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   

  • Creating Executive Communications plan for NTSG executives
  • Driving thought leadership through cultivating speaking opportunities and company and industry events
  • Lead overall value proposition and messaging strategy for NTSG portfolio that resonates with the buying center.
  • Curating compelling, high-quality external and internal facing messaging collateral including print, digital, website and video assets.
  • Develop and execute social media plan for NTSG executives.
  • Managing BU events
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cross-portfolio value and guide upstream and downstream GTM strategies for products.
  • Work with AR, PR and event management teams to ensure marketing initiatives for the NTSG align with overall company goals and NTSG portfolio/business is represented during companywide initiatives such as product launches, Customer Advisory Boards and company events and conferences.
  • Setting goals, KPIs, and tracking progress of marketing initiatives
  • Mentoring and managing marketing team members, setting clear expectations, and providing guidance and support

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:  

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a constantly changing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
  • Understanding of customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: BS or master’s degree in related discipline preferred

At AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package.  Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position.
