We're seeking a visionary Director / Sr Director of Product Management for Platform Products who is both a gamer at heart and a strategic leader. You'll be taking the helm in a role that requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep technical expertise of ad tech and strong past experience developing a globally scaled ad platform. Your mission? Develop a best-in-class ad platform as a foundation to deliver both studio monetization and advertiser success.
Your Role in the Adventure:
Design the strategic vision for our platform products and chart the roadmap, fully considering the unique nature of our relationship inside the firewall of Activision, Blizzard, & King studios
Rally with allies from Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Partner Success, Marketing, Studio leadership, and other teams, ensuring united efforts in creating and delivering top-tier products.
Mastermind data engineering strategies to optimize data storage, retrieval, and cost management across our vast digital realms.
Pave the way for ML automation & optimization in our products by ensuring the right data, at the right granularity, at the right frequency / freshness is available to train our models and for reporting across various channels both internal & external
Lead and cultivate a team of skilled product managers. Set clear goals, provide growth opportunities, and unlock their potential.
Draw upon your leadership prowess to drive the product vision, using data to guide decisions where reasonably possible, and enhance our product offerings.
Possess strong instincts / product sense to make the right decisions in data-poor situations
Your Arsenal:
A Computer Science degree or equivalent experience in software engineering.
Minimum 8 years in the ad tech domain, in product management or engineering roles, with increasing levels of complexity and responsibility.
Extensive hands-on experience with ML automation & optimization
Demonstrated mastery in data engineering - constructing, safeguarding, and retrieving data, while managing costs across a globally-scaled ads platform.
At least 5 years' experience managing teams: identifying talent, hiring, managing performance, and mentorship.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to a broad range of audiences.
Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects with competing priorities.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $120,600.00 - $223,110.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
