THE ROLE:
The product marketing role involves defining product roadmaps and taking products targeting the Fintech market from concept to launch. You will create detailed product requirements based on a deep understanding of customer needs and use cases. You will work with cross functional teams to ensure product requirements are well understood and implemented by all teams. You will also work with partners to build an ecosystem of solutions.

You’re eager to work with customers, partners as well as engineering teams to ensure that the desired product and user experience is delivered to customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define product requirements (MRDs) and provide execution clarity based on the customer and competitive business requirements for the FinTech Market
- Collaborate with IP and hardware engineering execution teams to ensure product requirements, goals, and objectives are met and exceeded. Ensure that new IP or operating modes to support customer use cases are developed by engineering
- Develop and execute new product introductions with technical, supply, marketing, and sales functions.
- Contribute to high-level strategic roadmap planning decisions with product, business development, engineering, and executive teams
- Engage with key ecosystem partners and alliance organizations to deliver the critical solution components to support the business growth goals
- Develop product business cases in collaboration with go-to-market and sales teams that meet client business growth and share objectives
- Capture requirements for next-generation products including competitive analysis and customer feedback
- Develop and review customer-ready collateral based on engineering or technical documents e.g. Whitepapers, Product Specifications, etc.
- Manage early access programs for documentation, tools, and with customers
- Manage forecasts for early operations planning
- Develop a strong technical understanding of the FPGA solution, to proactively identify new opportunities for product application and creative ways to solve/mitigate technical challenges.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Engineering Experience with FPGAs, including working with hardware IP
- In-Depth understanding of the FinTech Market, with focus on high frequency trading
- Background in new product introduction and managing research & development and engineering teams
- Strong technical and communication skills to address multiple internal and external partners. Specifically, possess the technical ability to dialogue at a feature and IP level with internal hardware and software architects as well as external customer professionals.
- Strong track record of delivering products and ensuring customer success
- Experience with agile software development methodology and practices (JIRA/JAMA)
- Self-starter with strong skills in multi-tasking, influencing, communicating, presenting, consensus and multi-functional team building
- Demonstrable ability to think creatively to resolve technical issues and resource conflicts
- Experience and passion in product development process and methodologies
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- MS (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 10+ years of experience in product management (or bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience). MBA is a plus.
