As the Ecommerce Marketing Ops Coordinator, you will play a key role in the production and delivery of worldwide marketing campaigns supporting Ubisoft+ (subscription service) and the Ubisoft Store.
You are a positive, dedicated, and innovative collaborator who knows how to plan, coordinate and communicate clearly in order to execute 360 marketing strategies and campaigns. You will collaborate with a team of cross-functional partners to develop and execute forward thinking ecommerce marketing and communications.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate production to deliver large-scale digital projects for AAA title launches, promotions, and other activations.
- Game events (announces, launches, promotions)
- Marketing Events (Black Friday, Seasonal Sales, Free weekends, game giveaways…)
- Subscription (new content, promotions, lifecycle…)
- Support and coordinate with our internal Web Design to create and deliver digital assets (web banners, videos, gifs) for multiple teams and channels with briefs, feedback and QA.
- Contribute to the development of new marketing tools and special projects such as
- Video production
- Influencer programs
- Personalized campaigns
- Branding
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and channel owners to:
- Execute strategic initiatives.
- Identify new channel placement opportunities.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality assets, copy and links to execute their campaigns.
- Additional support for members of the Marketing Operations team
What you bring
- Experience in Marketing, strategy, and branding.
- Proven experience in project coordination.
- Experience in ecommerce, an asset.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- A demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads.
- Strong work ethic with positive team values: respect, responsibility, improvement and fun.
