THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Test Lab Technician to join an exciting position in AECG Test Lab Team. The candidate will be working on testing activities for Engineering data collections, and Operations on Final Test, Post Test and Finish Good processes for NPI engineering samples and security products. These are complex SoC products having ARM based Processor to critical IPs which provide automotive, data center, machine learning and high-speed communication solutions. You will work closely with various Engineering groups, NPI/Production planners, the IT and Process teams to ensure efficiency and quality of work, the Facility and EHS teams to ensure safe work for yourself, others, and environment. You will learn and use LN2 supply facility and participate in CERT. 

THE PERSON:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required along with the ability to work in a dynamic, product oriented, distributed team.
• Must be able to perform multiple roles as required and assigned.
• Have good attitude and strong team player.
• Must be able to work on 12 hours rotating shift. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Test and Post Test conversion, setup, and sustaining
• Test and Post Test equipment and hardware maintenance
• Hardware checkout activities
• Support SLT/VST bench testing
• 2D bin-sorter setup and sustaining
• Product vacuum packing and boxing
• ESD control
• Maintaining material inventory
• Key KPIs are Tester Utilization, Hardware readiness, On-time shipment, CIP, 5S, EHS
• Usage of LN2 supply system and LN2 elf tank refilling

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge computer and Microsoft office software
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies
• ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, ISO9001 audits 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• ITE or above technical qualification
• 2-to-3-year experience in Final Test Operations
