The Esports Communication department is responsible for the Social Media strategy and relations with the press and influencers for all Ubisoft Esports activities and its flagship title, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege.

As a member of the team, you will contribute to defining and implementing communication strategies. You will be in constant contact with the Esports team to develop consistent and impactful esports communication strategies on a global scale. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and execution of compelling and informative internal communication, aimed at promoting esports activities within Ubisoft.

You will be involved in all areas of communication expertise (press, influencers, social media, public speaking, internal communication, etc.), including the following missions:

Participate in the deployment of the communication strategy on social media for Ubisoft's esports activities.

• Provide support in managing the official Rainbow Six Siege Esports accounts.
• Assist in setting up the community publishing schedule on these accounts and coordinate with Ubisoft subsidiaries to ensure relay.
• Monitor the performance of our posts and establish qualitative and quantitative reports.
• Ensure continuous monitoring of new tools and consumption habits on social networks.

Participate in the creation of editorial content for both external and internal use.

• Write blog articles for Ubisoft's editorial channels.
• Draft content for the internal newsletter of the department.

Contribute to the deployment of Ubisoft's press and influencer relations strategy for esports activities.

• Draft press releases in English.
• Performance analysis.
• Coordinate with local communications managers.

• As a student, you are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite, social media platforms (especially Twitter and Instagram), and you have a strong interest in sports and gaming, ideally esports. 
• You have an excellent level of written and spoken English, as well as solid skills in project coordination and management. 
• You are diplomatic, possess a team spirit, and have good communication abilities. 
• Nice to have: knowledge of Photoshop and media tools, familiarity with gaming influencers, their various codes, and modes of operation.
