• Provide technical leadership and guidance that focuses on design win strategies for all customer opportunities.
• Analyze customer needs, and compare and contrast AMD and competitive solutions in order to maximize the customers use of AMD products.
• Drive design wins with distributor/Sales representatives and technical support team. 
• Builds deep relationship with customers’ key technical stakeholders and serves as a trusted adviser on key customer projects.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years of industry experience with FPGA-based architecture definition, design, and support (High Speed Serial IO, Embedded Processor, etc)
• Experience in local or global communications or telecommunications industry is preferred
• Capable of providing in-depth technical support, while handling difficult conversations in a professional, unemotional manner
• Perform complex work involving a wide range of difficult problems. Exercise initiative, judgment and decision-making ability to select methods and techniques for obtaining solutions to these problems.
• A passion for achieving challenging revenue target, design wins and market share goals.
• Able to work independently and excel in a collaborative environment.
• Solid communicator, fluent in both Chinese & English verbal and written communication skills.
