Key Responsibilities
• Assigning and applying player stats in the game based on actual football data
• Creating playable content in the game using actual football elements
• Analyzing and improving the effects of produced players and content applied to the game

Required Skills
• High understanding of football players and tactics
• Logical communication and document organization skills
• Ability to balance in-game characters and items based on a deep understanding of game monetization

Preferred Skills
• Experience or high understanding in the football industry (e.g., work history at football-related academies, associations, etc.)
• Experience in deeply playing FC Online or sports games
• Experience with live services of monetized games
