• Job Title: Financial Analyst
• Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in preparation, coordination, and documentation of financial analysis projects. This role will analyze past financial performance to predict future performance and to advise the company on its financial strategy.

What you’ll do

• Act as an advisor for internal users on financial planning systems & processes.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports & dashboards.
• Support budget & forecast processes across business units.
• Ad-hoc financial planning support and coverage for senior financial analysts.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting process.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and reconciliations for accounting & business partners.
• Document user instructions, financial processes, and feedbacks.
• Organize and maintain finance department files & data.
• Provide suggestions and implement financial process improvements.
• Provides analytical support for forward-looking financial and business-related projects.
• Assists in the preparation of forecasts and analysis of trends in sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas.
• Assists in financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.

What you’ll bring

• Three (3) to four (4) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related analytical field required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards.
• Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis.
• Thorough understanding of project management principles.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Base salary range: For this role, new hires generally start between $73,000.00 - $86,450.00. The full range is $73,000.00 - $109.000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
