Within the Headquarter of production studios, we are recruiting a financial planning analyst. You will join the Financial Planning department and more precisely the Projects, Tools & Consolidation team composed of 9 people.

This team coordinates and monitors the investments on all the Ubisoft HD brands and projects, acting as a business partner for the HQ central teams.

You will work directly with the Senior Financial Planning Analyst on the missions below:

1. Project Financial Expert
   • Investment follow-up on your specific project portfolio
   • Act as a business partner with the central team on several projects and be the financial referent on these games (Edito, LRS, HQ Prod, BPM)
   • Define the goals and anticipate the risk for your projects
   • Identify profitability optimization and purpose solutions
   • Support the studio teams during the stage gate process: feed the team and challenge on both budget and profitability
2. R&D Investment specialist
   • Coordinate with the FP team R&D investments expertise
   • Develop dashboards and processes to mutualize R&D knowledge within the WW teams
   • Support your manager on dedicated analysis and presentations

To succeed in this position, you have a first professional experience in financial planning, consulting, controlling or audit. You wish to work in a creative and stimulating environment and to develop your potential through responsible and challenging missions.

• You act as a business partner and you have very good interpersonal skills and you know how to work in a team;
• You have a sense of confidentiality and have a good sense of organization and proactivity ;
• You have a very good level of English that enables you to work in English on a daily basis ;
• You are comfortable using excel and a good knowledge on Access and Tableau would be a plus;
• If you have a strong interest in the video game and/or entertainment industry, it’s a real plus.
