THE ROLE:
We are a cutting-edge systems engineering team focused on DGPU products that deliver performance leadership and superior power efficiency. The team is passionate about power and performance with primary responsibilities in emulation, post-silicon bring-up, feature and workload optimization and characterization, debug and product optimization.
The successful candidate will work across the areas of firmware, software, and power feature enablement and validation during the silicon life cycle from emulation to production.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team responsible for the above functions. The candidate is also responsible for talent development, process improvements and engineering execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a team responsible for delivering firmware and hardware responsible for GPU power management
- Manage a team responsible for enabling and validating power management
- Monitor and evaluate resource and capacity constraints and opportunities
- Drive to unblock dependencies gating execution
- Develop leadership and technical skills of engineers
- Build cross functional relationships horizontally and vertically
- Influence cross functional owners
- Provide cross functional leadership during pre-silicon planning, post-silicon bring-up, product definition and product validation, and production ramp
- Engaged in the pre-silicon and post-silicon phases of the design
- Proactively drive continuous improvement
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Strong technical background in PC systems and graphics
- Strong software and firmware skills
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, analytical and organizational skills are mandatory
- Strong understanding of computer organization / architecture
- Strong of power / thermal management of silicon / systems
- Strong analytical /problem solving skills and pronounced attention to detail
- Outstanding vertical and horizontal management and influence skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be a self-starter, and able to independently drive tasks to completion
- People management experience
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
A B. Sc. Or Master’s Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
