As a key player in the Brand team, you'll be reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Creative Design. This role combines program and content production management, leading a team of project managers and in-house video editors. Your responsibilities will include guiding creative projects from concept to delivery. We're looking for someone with versatile content production coordination skills, a keen willingness to learn, and a passion for solving diverse problems. What you'll be doing

• Lead programs for the Brand team, focusing on creative content for Marketing campaigns and Event materials.
• Create and implement processes and resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality user experiences and foster collaboration with teams
• Lead and oversee the entire video production process, handling everything from storyboarding to filming, post-production, editing, sound, and final delivery.
• Serve as a versatile video professional, independently managing video post-production and motion graphics projects.
• Source and evaluate design vendors, coordinating with legal and procurement teams for onboarding and compensation, including negotiating terms and managing budgets.

What you're looking for

• 5+ years experience in program management, content production, design thinking, user experience, or design strategy
• Worked as a Program Manager or producer for a design firm or marketing agency
• Enjoys collaborating with designers and is familiar with product development in real-time 3D and 2D space
• Developed or improved processes/systems in collaboration with internal stakeholders including product, marketing, legal, finance, and IT
