Ubisoft is currently seeking a highly motivated, dedicated, and ambitious Global Brand Partnerships Manager based in the United States. As a valued member of our international sales team, your primary objective will revolve around generating additional revenue streams for Ubisoft through a diverse range of partnership initiatives with the focus on the US market.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and implementing partnerships with major brands across various industries, including FMCG, QSR, Apparel and Fashion, Luxury, Food and Beverage, Automotive, and more. These partnerships will encompass Ubisoft's entire brand portfolio, which includes renowned titles such as Assassin's Creed, Just Dance, Rainbow Six, Far Cry, Riders Republic, as well as other confidential projects.

Your scope of responsibilities will be extensive and varied, spanning from in-game brand integration, such as product placement and tailored brand-specific in-game integrations, to comprehensive promotional campaigns featuring 360° activations. These activations may encompass on-pack promotions, brand content creation, digital marketing campaigns, public relations initiatives, events, and more.

1. You will be responsible for the development of the business through the search for new partners with focus on the US market:

  • Developing a client prospecting strategy aimed at identifying target brands for each game, with the primary goals of revenue maximization and heightened brand awareness.
  • Competently securing deals in the six and seven-figure range.
  • Crafting customized commercial and financial proposals for prospective clients in close coordination with Ubisoft's development studios and marketing teams.
  • Actively engaging with prospects and driving sales in this capacity.
  • Demonstrating creativity by proposing impactful, innovative, and, whenever feasible, groundbreaking collaborations to some of the world's most prominent and iconic brands.
  • Skillfully negotiating optimal financial and legal terms with brand partners.
  • Providing regular reporting on results and planning updates.
  • You will be responsible for presenting periodically to the top management your main results and the plan to achieve your revenue goals.

2. Operational follow-up and deployment of new partnership contracts:

  • Operational deployment of signed deals (integration of our partners in our games and marketing campaigns, dedicated activations etc...)
  • Follow-up of the financial and marketing counterparts of the partner.
  • Monitoring our financial results and contractual discussions.
  • More than 5 years of experience in commercial/business development roles within companies or agencies.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and a focus on business development, with the ability to establish a robust network of partners.
  • Extensive networking connections with decision-makers in global corporations.
  • Passionate about video games with in-depth knowledge of the industry.
  • Strong team player with a friendly, empathetic, and easy-going demeanor.
  • Possess a highly commercial mindset, akin to that of a self-motivated entrepreneur, driven to grow businesses.
  • Capable of crafting innovative activation concepts within partnership frameworks.
  • Exceptionally organized with a strong business-driven mentality and self-motivation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, adept at managing multiple concurrent projects.

Additional Requirements:

  • The San Francisco office follows a hybrid policy, so this position will be required to come to the office at least 2 days/per week.
  • This position requires local and international business travel (approximately once every quarter).
