At its international headquarter, Ubisoft is looking for a motivated and ambitious Brand Partnerships Specialist.

You will join an international team of sales experts.

Your main objective will be to generate additional revenues for Ubisoft through various activities and type of partnerships.

You will work hand-to-hand with the Brand partnerships Manager and will be responsible for the commercial development of the partnership activity: prospecting, negotiating and deploying partnerships with major brands (FMCG, High-Tech, Automotive,...) across the EMEA regions and/or also on Global level on the whole portfolio of Ubisoft's licenses (Just Dance, Rabbids, Assassin's Creed, Rainbow Six and other projects still confidential projects,...).    

Your field of action is large and diverse including in-game brand integration (product placement, brand bespoke in-game integrations), promotional operations with 360° activations (on-pack promotions, brand content, digital campaigns, PR, events, etc).

You will be responsible for monitoring your P&L and helping the Brand Partnerships Manager achieving the turnover objective of the "partnership" activity.

1.  You will be responsible for the development of the business through the search for new partners:

- You will be responsible for the development of a client prospecting plan to identify all the brands to be targeted for each game in order to maximize revenue and/or marketing contribution.

- Creating tailor-made commercial and financial proposals for your prospects in close collaboration with Ubisoft's development studios and marketing teams.

- Meet with your prospects and develop sales on this activity.

- Negotiate the best financial and legal terms with brands.

2. Operational follow-up and deployment of new partnership contracts:

- Operational deployment of signed deals (integration of our partners in our games and marketing campaigns, dedicated activations etc...)

- Follow-up of the financial and marketing counterparts of the partner.

- Monitoring our financial results and contractual discussions.

- You have at least 3 to 4 years' experience in a commercial/business development position in a company or agency.

- You are revenue driven, business development oriented with strong negotiation skills, and you are ready to develop a solid network of partners.  

- You are passionate about video games and have an excellent knowledge of the video game industry. 

- You have a very strong commercial temperament and are motivated to develop a business.

- You also have a strong marketing and creative sensibility, able to create innovative activation concepts within the framework of partnerships.

- You have a very good level of oral and written ​communication, and you are able to work on several projects in parallel.

 

Fluent English is essential for this position
