  • Job Title: Graphic Designer III
  • Job Summary: We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer that will conceptualize, design, and produce graphic materials for Products, Marketing, Events, and more. Ideal candidate has typography, print, digital, layout, merchandise, and logo design experience. Ability to create digital illustrations is required. Creative problem solving, flexibility, and ability to work within strict brand guidelines is also required.

What you’ll do

  • Responsible for completion of all graphic development and production steps from concept through final design, and any associated file deliveries for print or digital applications
  • Researches and creates graphics and illustrations that are diversified and brand appropriate
  • Produce high quality digital illustrations that are on-brand and would delight customers
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participates in meetings, discussions, and presentations as part of the development process
  • Demonstrates in depth conceptual and practical knowledge in graphic design, and basic knowledge of related areas such as marketing, event graphics and product creation
  • Solves complex design problems involving brand integrity, cohesion, business strategies, and brings a new perspective on existing solutions
  • Maintain strict attention to detail
  • Contributes to multiple projects simultaneously while keeping on schedule
  • Work independently to create and execute design for all categories of assigned brand
  • Meets all department and corporate business requirements, including those regarding work hours, conduct, and teamwork
  • Stays up to date with ongoing developments in design applications and new print/media trends and techniques to bring consistent innovation to designs

               

What you’ll bring

  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
  • Online portfolio that showcases skill range in both graphic design and illustration required
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree a plus. Industry experience most desirable.
  • Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite on Mac OS
  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrates a high degree of creative originality as well as provide valuable insights to support business strategy
  • Knowledge of print technology, pre-press process, and applications

 

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $102,000.00 - $152,000.00 per year. The full range is $102,000.00 - $120,650.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
