Our Amsterdam Office is KRAFTON’s EMEA Headquarters which covers the Europe, Middle East & Africa, and the CIS regions, with teams dedicated to Publishing, Esports, Content, Communications and General Operations. These teams support all local offices and development studios in our region.

Onsite, our Amsterdam Office also houses PUBG Studios which is busy with the development of an exciting new IP, currently known as Project “Black Budget”.

 

The Product Growth Manager will be an integral part of the Scale-up team and will collaborate closely with the American, European, MENA, and CIS service teams in devising actionable strategies, aligned with HQ, aimed to maximize the product reach and ensure its success.

 

Basic Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sync with Publishing Headquarters to understand their overall strategy and direction for products and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve
  • Collaborate with regional teams to tailor strategies and execute activations that resonate with their specific markets, enhancing the product presence in each targeted region.
  • Report achievements and results of the performance to senior management and Publishing Headquarters
  • Assist with budgetary aspects related to the product, overseeing allocations and expenses in alignment with the growth strategy.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the success of growth initiatives.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies together with the relevant teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for games.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management (or a similar role).
  • Demonstrated expertise in defining and implementing KPIs and developing growth
  • Collaborative mindset, capable of working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to tailor strategies that align with regional
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to proactively spot potential risks and issues and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills in English, facilitating seamless collaboration across diverse teams (Business-level proficiency in Korean is a strong plus)
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude, fostering a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
