Job Title: Head of Business Process Transformation
 
Job Summary: Become a cornerstone of transformation and innovation at The Pokémon Company International. As Head of Business Process Transformation, you will be a trusted thought partner to our Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer (COO and CFO), driving forward initiatives that balance operational rigor with imaginative solutions to meet the evolving needs of a global audience. What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Collaboration
    • Partner with senior leaders to co-create strategies that balance growth and operational excellence, ensuring scalability, alignment, and efficiency across our multicultural teams.
    • A critical thought partner to our COO and CFO, co-solving challenges and guiding complex decisions with creativity and foresight.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Lead and support initiatives to optimize and transform business processes across various operational areas.
    • Refine operational frameworks to streamline processes and empower our global teams, fostering agility in the face of change.
    • Lead initiatives to optimize the global supply chain, ensuring that operations can scale to meet the needs of our passionate and diverse fan base around the world.
    • Use proven methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to transform workflows, drive operational excellence, and enhance efficiency while ensuring flexibility in a rapidly changing marketplace.
  • Innovation and Technology
    • Champion the adoption of innovative technologies like AI, predictive analytics, and automation to augment decision-making and deliver insights that make a lasting impact.
    • Bring forward research-backed recommendations to catalyze strategic initiatives, making sure our decisions align with both short- and long-term success.
  • Global Team Leadership
    • Define strategies to redesign core business processes, ensuring they align with future growth and innovation.
    • Foster consistent, outcome-driven communication, rallying cross-functional teams under a unified vision that drives collaboration, transparency, and growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience and Expertise
    • 15+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles, with a focus on managing large-scale transformation projects in global contexts.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise, paired with advanced knowledge of supply chain operations and process improvement strategies.
    • Experience with ERP/CRM projects and transformations, with a deep understanding of change management and the interplay between systems, people, and processes.
    • Proven expertise in continuous improvement strategies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), combined with a strong background in multicultural team management.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • A track record as a trusted thought partner and adviser to senior leadership, creating actionable insights that move the organization forward.
    • A passion for creating inclusive, collaborative environments, where diverse voices and ideas thrive, driving global success across teams and regions.
  • Technical and Analytical Skills
    • Hands-on experience with AI, automation, and predictive analytics, transforming data into decisions that foster innovation and efficiency.
    • Exceptional strategic problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of turning complexity into clear, actionable insights.
    • Data visualization and business analysis skills, using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and more, to transform complex information into impactful visuals.
  • Preferred Background
    • Management consulting experience, demonstrating your ability to lead high-impact projects across organizations and enhance operational efficiency.
    • Strong communication skills, with a knack for inspiring and delivering messages to diverse stakeholder groups.

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $216,000.00 – $257,000.00 per year. The full range is $216,000.00 – $325,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
